三島大社 その3 [パワースポット]

その3でとうとう三嶋大社の本殿が登場です。
三嶋大社は、商売繁盛の神徳があるそうです。
さぁて、ここまでは、鳥居から本殿向かって左側を中心に紹介してきましたので、帰り道は右側を紹介していきます。
国の天然記念物 三嶋大社の金木犀です。
樹高 約十米 目通り周囲 約四米 枝條 約二百五十平方米
昭和9年5月1日 文部省告示第181号により文部大臣から国の天然記念物の指定を受けた
一般に薄金木犀という
9月上旬より中旬にかけ黄金色の花を全枝につけ再び9月下旬より10月上旬にかけて満開となる珍しい老木で樹齢凡そ壱千弐百年 幾百星霜干魃や霖雨の堪え 又は風雪に侵されるも 樹勢 尚 旺盛にして葉の光澤も美しく新緑に輝き誠に神々しい御神木で日本一のキンモクセイである
開花時には馥郁たる芳香を放ち 風向きによっては一口料に及ぶという。
金木犀から少し戻ると、神馬舎があります。
神馬は慶応4年7月10日完成
旧神馬舎に納められていたが戦後現在の神馬舎が完成し移したものである
古くから三嶋大社の神馬は毎朝神様を乗せて箱根山に登るという伝説があり旧神官はお馬様が帰ったと言って朝食にしたと伝えられ子供の成長と健脚を祈る風習がある
神馬舎のすぐ横には「源頼朝・北条政子 腰掛石」があります。
伊豆山神社にも腰掛石がありましたが、伊豆山神社は二人掛けでこちらの三嶋大社は一人掛けが2脚になっています。

治永4年5月源頼朝が平家追討の心願を込めて百日の日参りをした折腰を掛けて休息したと伝えられる
右側は北条政子の腰掛けた石である

もう、首都圏に出てから何十年となっていますが、
三島のお隣のN市に生まれて、N市で育って、
その後実家が三島に移ったので、
帰郷するときには、三島に行くので、感慨深いです。
なぜか、奥さんの親戚も三島・御殿場に多かったのもあって、
ここ数年、お見舞いや、法事の為に、三島に良く行きました。
ただ、落ち着いて、三島の町を回っていないですね。
昨年の1月の折に、柿田川公園に行ったくらいです。
楽寿園も、しばらく、訪れていないです。

ラジオで三島大社のＣＭが流れてきたのはちょっとびっくりしましたです。
