井田松江古墳群と煌めきの丘

明神池を後にして、煌めきの丘方面へ登ることにしました。

道は途中で土砂が崩れている箇所はありましたが比較的安心して登れる15分ほどの道のりとなっています。


煌めきの丘付近まで登ると、「井田松江古墳群」の看板が見えてきました。


ただ、看板はあるものの古墳って何だっけ？？って思わせるほど回りになにもありません。

たぶん、古墳ってお墓みたいなものだったような気がするんだけど・・・


やっぱりなにもありません。



こちらには、石が転がっていました。

見ごたえないなぁ　と思っていたら、ありました

18号古墳です。


井田松江18号墳
18号墳は、6世紀の終わり頃につくられた直径約11mの円墳です。1964年(昭和39年)に行われた最初の発掘調査では、横穴式石室内に大小2基の石棺が発見され、数体分の人骨や鉄刀、銅釧(腕輪)などの副葬品が出土しました。1995年(平成7年)から、古墳の整備にともなう発掘調査が行われ、石室内からあらたに、銀象嵌を施した円頭大刀の柄頭などが出土しました。
解体修理が行われた石室は、天井石がすでに失われていますが、全長約8.2m、高さは約2.0mです。南側の入口部分や奥壁部分に比べて、中央部分の幅が広い点に大きな特徴があります。
18号墳の石室は、7号墳の石室と並んで伊豆半島では最大規模のものです。また、豊かな副葬品の内容からみても、この古墳に葬られた人々は、井田の地を本拠に西伊豆一帯で活躍した有力な一族であったと考えられます。


井田松江古墳
古墳時代の終わり頃(今から1400年前頃)、20数基の円墳がこの尾根につくられました。
溶岩の割石を積んだ石室の中に、板石を組みあわせてつくった棺をおさめるものもあります。7号墳からは10数体分の人骨が出土し、18号墳からは銀象嵌のある大刀の柄頭が発見されました。
この眼下に広がる駿河湾に生きた人々のお墓であると考えられます。


さぁ、井田松江古墳群をすぎてついに煌めきの丘展望台が見えてきました。


煌めきの丘展望台からは先ほどの井田松江18号墳が見えたり。


ちょっとわかりにくいかもしれませんが、明神池が見えたり。


菜の花畑と富士山が見えたりします。


この、煌めきの丘は道路沿いにあり、駐車場も無料なのでこちらに15分かけて登ってこなくてもよかったのかもしれません

“登り窯”のような古墳ですね!!
何回となく繰り返された地震に耐えてきたのですから、古代人の技術には、現代の技術よりも素晴らしいものがある思います。

Thank you for this article. I’d also like to say that it can be hard when you are in school and merely starting out to create a long history of credit. There are many students who are only trying to make it and have a good or favourable credit history can often be a difficult thing to have.
